Websites:

I like and frequent the websites below because they not only sell supplements, body care, and food products along with many other product lines (including their own) but they also provide health information and extensive information on each item. All of the sellers listed below all allow you to return products that you don’t like or don’t agree with you for some reason. I have a lot of allergies and it’s very important to me to be able to exchange or return a product if I can’t take it or use it.

Amazon also carries many supplements and you can use them to price check an item or just buy it on their site if you like shopping with them… you can click on any of the products below to see Amazon’s pricing.

Supplements:

If you don’t eat seafood but still want to get your Omega-3’s then try Barlean’s Omega-3 products. They are good tasting and effective because of the emulsification — my favorite is Barlean’s Seriously Delicious Omega-3 Key Lime Pie. It’s high in Omega-3’s and tastes good too!

Coffee Fruit Extract is available in a number of supplements:

Hand & Body Care:

I love Alaffia soaps – they don’t dry out my skin and the scents don’t drive my allergies crazy. They are gluten and paraben-free along with other good ingredients and support prenatal health care, reforestation, and school supplies with their profits.

My other favorite for hand soap is Everyone by EO. It could be because they are located in the general area where I live or maybe it’s because their products are made with such good ingredients and no chemicals. Either way try them all out below.

Books:

This is a very informative book about sleeping, even if you don’t read every word you’ll learn a lot! Why We Sleep: Unlocking the Power of Sleep and Dreams by Matthew Walker, PhD  You can also listen to my podcast about Sleep and read a couple of blogposts here as well. Here’s a link to The Happiness Curve which I reviewed in a podcast and also wrote a blogpost about…

Beds & Pillows:

The Nectar Sleep Mattress is always near the top on all of the Top 10 lists for beds and a good friend of mine says it’s the best mattress she’s ever slept on which is good enough for me. Check it out here – Nectar Sleep Mattress

Live & Sleep is the mattress that my husband and I sleep on. It’s comfortable and it stays cool.

Also for helping you sleep – if you’re a side sleeper as I am you might like this pillow that Hammacher Schlemmer sells. I’ve been sleeping on it for many years and it really is better than a normal pillow. Check it out here.
