Inside-Out Thinking: An Interview With Clesia Mendes
Clesia Mendes is a Speaker and Mindset Coach who has over 25 years of experience in the personal development world. She loves travelling and teaching a new paradigm of psychology that, in her words, “has been discreetly emanating throughout the world”.
I had invited Clesia to come on the podcast as a part of my continuing brain series of podcasts and because I felt that she could help me and all of you to better deal with the uncertainty and upheaval that we are all living in right now.
Covid-19 is creating a lot of stress and anxiety around our health and the health of the world. There are also protests, anger, and uncertainty in reaction to the murders of George Floyd and other men of color by the police over the past few months (and years).
Clesia and I talk a lot about these stressful issues as well as about the many levels of human reaction to them. Then we go down a level to explore the Inside-Out psychology, how it changes our relationship to ourselves and how we live in the world around us.
As a Transformational Coach, Clesia is dealing with these issues on both a personal and a professional level. She tells us about what brought her to the Inside-Out philosophy and she explains the impact that it has had on her life and for many others who have heard her talks on the Principles.
