Today’s show tries to sort through inflammation and the different kinds of inflammation – the kind that helps you heal, the kind that creates disease, and the kind that turns your body against itself. I talk about inflammatory and anti-inflammatory foods. And I also talk about how chronic stress can create inflammation and disease all by itself.
It’s pretty straight-forward in a kind of round-about way so hang in there to the end.
