His impressive bio is way too long for me to include in these show notes. But more importantly, he is down to earth and I very much enjoyed and learned a lot from our conversation as I’m sure you will too. We talked about just starting to move and then increase from there. How to make exercise a habit and how to you don’t have to go to a gym to get started just going for a walk is a good place to start – no special equipment necessary except a good pair of shoes and/or a partner or friend.
Eric also talked about what to do after we start walking, strength and balance exercises we can do at home, how to breathe to lower our blood pressure and heart rate and improve our brain health. There is so much we can do and get healthier while we’re doing it – be sure to listen to the whole podcast because you’ll learn a lot.
