These days there are so many different diet plans available and today I’m going to talk about 2 of the originals – Vegetarian and Vegan. They are both healthy for you and actually are pretty easy to stay on if you like plants – vegetables, fruits, grains, oils. What more could you want?
I go through the advantages, the health value, and some of the many ways to ease into a plant-based diet.
