  • The Pilgrims used cranberries to prevent scurvy and we use it these days to help with urinary tract infections (UTI’s) – both from Vitamin C

  • Cranberries are native to North America (new info to me)

  • Cranberries and Blueberries have phytochemicals which have potential to help with cancer prevention, cardiovascular health, and digestive health

  • Blueberries have been linked to healthy aging in multiple studies. 

  • Vitamin A has been shown in studies to reduce skin cancer risk.
