Transform Your Body in 12 Weeks



Marc Perry started out with a normal weight of 165 lbs. After working long hours as a financial analyst mostly while sitting in his chair he realized that his weight had gone up to 200 lbs. It was at that moment that he saw that he had to make a change in his lifestyle. Marc started working out more often and created an efficient eating plan – that’s when the pounds came off. Next he helped his brother do the same, then he created a blog to share his story and his transformative plan. That was 15 years ago and the rest, as they say, is history.
