My interview guest this week is Sallyanne Pisk. She lives in Australia and she helps women to transform their eating mindset and their relationship with food. I should point out though that a lot of what we discussed applies to men these days as well as women so if you’re male don’t turn the podcast off.
The biggest takeaway from this podcast is that we should eat a healthy diet, one that works for us and our particular issues and life.
