Eat Well For Heart Health

Today’s podcast talks about 5 types of food that are very good for your heart health. This is especially important during what is for many people a stressful and overwhelming time. Keeping a good diet of healthy foods can help us to maintain a strong immune system.

Stress is one of the hardest things on our immune system so we all need to remember to eat well, sleep well, and exercise regularly. The info in this podcast will help you to do the first part and can actually help you to sleep better as well.

If you’re a regular listener to my podcast you have probably heard some of this info before but I know that giving a reminder to everyone is always a good thing. Plus there are a few extra tips thrown in for how to use and not use these foods.

For example, how wonderful extra-virgin olive oil is but don’t use it at high heat because it can reduce the amount of antioxidants and Vitamin E in the oil. Put the extra-virgin olive oil in near the end of the cooking cycle to get the most value and taste.
