Why Probiotics Are Good For You

This week’s podcast is is about Probiotics, what they are, how they work, and what they work for. Did you know that they are bacteria, live microorganisms, and they work best in conjunction with prebiotics which feed the probiotics. Many are packaged together in the same supplements.

Actually not as complicated as it sounds. They are found in many foods, things like yogurt and other fermented foods. They are particularly helpful dealing with many intestinal, urinary tract, and vaginal tract issues – especially with anything having to do with yeast.
