Do Naps Affect Your Nighttime Sleeping?

Today’s podcast is about taking naps and if is it good for you to do that. There are a lot of pros and cons mostly because you could be napping due to poor nighttime sleeping or you could have trouble sleeping at night because of the napping.

20 minutes seems the longest we should nap because after that your mind/body starts to think you’re going to sleep which is why you are drowsy when you wake up – just like getting woken up in the middle of the night.
