My guest this week is Amy Lawrence – published author, healthy cooking and eating advocate, stroke survivor, tea room and retail tea shop owner. After gaining, and then losing, an extra 40 pounds, she became a healthy food blogger (Gourmet and Skinny). Then she read a book by Cookie Rosenbloom called Weight Loss Made Real and realized that she was an habitual eater which made it much easier to keep the weight off.
She did a call with Cookie’s group about food prep and how to do it and they loved it! That led to her starting her own membership and writing her own book.
