Bugs, Heat, and Vitamin D
It’s summer again and we’re all spending more time outside, in the sun. As with everything else, as we age our skin loses its moisture and it’s harder for us to make Vitamin D out of the sun rays. This podcast is about some of these issues – heat rash, Vitamin D, dry skin, and biting bugs.
